PRESCRIBER

ORDERING PROCEDURE

CREATE AN ACCOUNT with us at our website to place orders online.

UPLOAD a valid prescription indicating the following details:

• Name of the patient, birthdate and address

• Indicate “compounded medication” in the prescription

• Name of compound (generic name, potency, net weight/volume, quantity, dosage forms & UOM)

• Signa/directions for use

• Signature of prescribing physician & valid license number. Also, include S2 No. for regulated compounds.

LEAD TIME AND ORDER CUT-OFFS

• Order cut-offs are scheduled 12 noon daily

• Our ordering policy lead time for orders is two working days (48 hours) upon receipt of complete ordering requirements and checkout. Bulk orders require more than the 48-hours lead time to compound. Kindly coordinate these with the Dispensary.

• The original prescription will be collected upon pick-up

• Delivery options are available.

• Direct-patient deliveries will be accommodated, with shipment fees on the account of the patient.

• Original prescriptions are required to be turned over to the pharmacy.

• Complementary to all registered account addresses within Metro Manila and outside Metro Manila via LBC, following the minimum weight category.

• Original prescriptions are required to be turned over to the pharmacy.

STORAGE

• We follow a strict cold chain management system with our logistics partner for sterile preparations.
